Bantam Age

Players must be 13 to 15 years of age (as of December 31 and NOT enrolled in high school)

Equipment

All required football equipment is provided, with the exception of cleats, which are the responsibility of the players

Tryout Dates

Tryouts begin August 1st

Practices

August - practices begin the first week of August and will be held four times per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6:30-8:30 pm

September - once school starts in September, practices will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6:30-8:00 pm

Season

The Bantam football season will be set by CBFA

Games are typically played on Saturday at Shouldice and the possibility of a few week night games during the season

Field Locations

Practices: Sir Winston High School (Aug-Sep) & Shiners Field (beginning in Oct)

Games: Shouldice Athletic Park

Fees

Tryouts: players must pay the insurance/tryout fee of $75.00 (collected with online registration) prior to participating

Season: 2025 bantam football season fees will be determined and collected once the team is selected
